Somehow, somewhere we are considered exotic to someone else. A New Yorker is held in the highest esteem in Australia, Australians are seen as a novelty in New York, Londoners find Swedish people interesting, Swedish people find South Africans interesting.
My point is, when marketing yourself or your product use the exotic to your advantage.
I was talking to an English rocker last night, John Paul, and we were talking about the number of doors our respective accents have opened.
With the internet at our fingertips, why not reach out to where you and your services are seen as exotic and therefore, more a niche market?
There is a big bad world out there, don’t forget it exists.
