I really enjoyed this one Dave, good vibes. I second the idea of listening to your body. I totally agree that we should be paying close attention to our bodies. We are amazing organisms. We ALREADY know whats good for us, and whats not. In your past videos, and with this one especially, you guys have made us aware of what we already know, but just havent been paying attention to. Its not like we ever not knew; like you’ve said before, we are Already Complete. So if we really pay attention to our bodies, its actually really simple, if it makes you feel good afterwards, then its good for you, keep eating it! If it makes you feel sucky, than it sucks for you, stop eating it. That simple. And the resulting physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation is awesome.
Also Dave, gotta give you and Vanessa props for this video, I like the vibes. I feel that its good to know and recognize the things we dont want, to contrast from the things we do want. But in this video for example, you guys dwelled more on the things that are good for us, as opposed to the junk that out there. Its not really about opposition to society or to foods or whatever, but simply about awareness. And that, to me at least, gives off good vides, and makes it more enjoyable. ps, love the new auroa to mindpetals man! …and cant wait to try that raw cacao

Thanks bro, glad you enjoyed the vid! Vanessa is a great person. Right on, our bodies ALWAYS know exactly what they need. That’s what’s most important, listening to what our bodies tell us. Tapping in to yourself and really listening and feeling. Awareness and understanding of who we are and the things we consume is essential as you said. Now go get some cacao!! hehe… be well bro.
