Mind Petals 2.0 – The Saga Continues

Phew… it’s been a busy last few weeks. I am sure that you have all noticed the latest revisions made to the Mind Petals Network. Mostly little things here and there, but the one most important section that was added is the ‘Preneur Petals section.

The ‘Preneur Petals section – located at the bottom of the page – was created to really touch upon areas of entrepreneurship that we entrepreneurs face on a daily basis. Things like running a business with little capital, marketing, innovating for a new service/product, managing our lives with our businesses, starting a company, and simply finding solutions to problems that are bound to arise while running a company.

‘Preneur Petals is maintained by an internal team of young entrepreneurs who write for each column on a day-to-day basis. We always knew that we had to add a section such as this to the network, because these areas that simply need talking about.

It’s our aim to really dig deep and provide the best possible entrepreneurship insights, advice, and experiences with the entire community – this is what keeps Mind Petals alive.

We won’t try and pretend to know everything about entrepreneurism, because we just don’t! Many of us have only been at this game for few years and we are still learning as we go along. We’d like to share what we learn as we continue on this journey and hopefully connect with people who can teach us as well – that’s the plan.

At the end of the day Mind Petals isn’t just a network for entrepreneurs to come read about business, it’s more of an idea than anything else.

  • Mind Petals is that student sitting in his dorm room reading an HTML / PHP book trying to teach himself how to create a website for his business.
  • Mind Petals is that person designing T-Shirts and saving up money to have a few hundred tees printed to get the buzz going about his/her new clothing company.
  • Mind Petals is that person working a 9 to 5 all day long in an effort to save up some cash to invest into their business so they won’t have to be trapped in a company that doesn’t bring any joy to their lives.

You see, Mind Petals is not defined by our mission statement on the top of our site, it’s defined by YOU!, the entrepreneur out there making things happen with your life and not sitting on the sidelines watching and waiting for the world pass you by.

We hope to continue motivating, sharing knowledge, and connecting with entrepreneurs across the globe. Thank you for all of your support and being a part of our effort to spark minds and open the doors of entrepreneurship to as many people as we can.

Rock on!

About David Askaripour

I've been thinking about life, existence, and truth for as long as I could remember. When I was about 7 I remember getting a headache trying to figure out who created God...and if someone created him, then who create him? I love investigating and testing, taking nothing for truth that outside my direct experience. At the age of 12, I started my own candy selling business; it grew so large that the principal ended up closing me down (but that was just the beginning...) Through my videos and articles, I share my journey with the world.

Um, Like I love the site. I just ran across it today and I am totally joining and telling my friends about it. I mean really, I love what is happening right now. Entrepreneurship is truly a viable option for the young, the poor, and everybody in between. Why sit at a desk allowing your brain to rot, when you can grind (and I do mean GRIND) and 1. Work for yourself 2. Possibly change the world. Okay I am done being a cheerleader. Really, Great job guys!

Hey Kimberly, thanks for all the Mind Petals love — much appreciated. You are totally right on: why sit on the sidelines when the world is passing you by? It’s time to take action and create, not just talk. Welcome to the Mind Petals family. Rock on!

[...] MindPetals Entrepreneur Network recently went 2.0 which I forgot to mention. The owner David really did a great job with the design with the added advantage of having ads in place to pull in revenue. While I wasn’t ready to commit to writing in the ‘Preneur Petals section, I regularly read the articles there – so great work with that Dave! [...]
