Don’t be Scared to be CRAZY

“If at first the idea is not absurd, then there is no hope for it.”

– Albert Einstein

Of course, “simple” is the best route to go when building a service, but let us not forget about being “crazy.” Did anyone ever tell you that your business idea is downright “CRAZY!” ? If so, you may be onto something.

As an entrepreneur, you’ll have to constantly be thinking on various levels; allowing your mind to wonder and float away above mediocrity, normalcy, and regularity. You have to crack open your imagination and free your mind to go on a journey into the unknown.

In a world filled with millions upon millions of individuals thinking about various ideas that they plan to execute into a real business, you’ll have to constantly be in a state of creativity and innovation.

But more importantly, you’ll have to allow yourself to be weird and crazy with your ways of thinking. Thinking on a radical level will enable your mind to produce ideas so astonishing and “out there” that before you know it, your idea can be disturbing — or better yet, disrupting! — markets left and right.

Throughout your life as an entrepreneur, you’re going to get tons of feedback from people – many of them other entrepreneurs – telling you that “your idea has no chance…it can never work… it’s too crazy… it’s too weird” Yadda… Yadda…Blahh…

But don’t let that dissuade your from giving your “crazy” idea a chance. Deep down inside, no matter how radical or crazy your idea may be, if you feel that it has a shot, then it’s your duty as an entrepreneur to make it happen and see what happens.

Life is too short to hold back, so go strong! And always remember this quote:

Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The trouble makers. The round pegs in square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them.

About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They invent .They imagine. They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire. They push the human race forward. While some see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.

Are you crazy?

About David Askaripour

I've been thinking about life, existence, and truth for as long as I could remember. When I was about 7 I remember getting a headache trying to figure out who created God...and if someone created him, then who create him? I love investigating and testing, taking nothing for truth that outside my direct experience. At the age of 12, I started my own candy selling business; it grew so large that the principal ended up closing me down (but that was just the beginning...) Through my videos and articles, I share my journey with the world.
