Wish you could make $50 a day off of advertisements? What about, $100 or $200 or $500 or $800? Over the past few days I have come across quite a few young entrepreneurs who are, in fact, making hundreds of dollars per day from google/yahoo advertisements on their website.
It’s quite impressive, really. Actually, it’s downright awesome – I love it! We haven’t even scratch the surface with making money off the web and it’s a great feeling knowing that us young entrepreneurs are making such big strides in this sector.

It wasn’t too long ago that I was sitting 2 feet away from a white wall in an employee cage (re: cubicle). And I have to tell you, it truly was hell. Heck, if they are going to put you in a cube at your job, they can at least provide a nearby window to view the scenery while you continue to make your employers and company founders richer by the day.
Are you ready to flee the cube? Are you ready to quit your job and become a full-time entrepreneur? I don’t know, but you do. For many, living a “safe” life of steady paychecks and predictable days is the only thing that you will ever know.
But let’s be real: is a “job” really that safe in this day and age when layoffs and company acquisitions have become commonplace.
The self-employed entrepreneur is turning out to be living the “safer” life as he/she is in control of their destiny. Sure, the tradeoff of a steady check for the cyclical financial waves of the entrepreneur can be scary, indeed.
But the chance to have everything that you’ve ever wanted, to help millions of people, and to change the world is worth all the risk in the world – wouldn’t you say?

Not Your Average is, well, not your average blog. I know that you’ve thought about before. Thought about what? You know, building a website to flip (re: sell for a profit). It can be a very profitable business if you do it right and it’s happening more and more on the net.
And why shouldn’t it? In the tangible world we have a Real Estate market for homes and properties so it only makes sense that we have a Virtual Real Estate market, right. I’m down with that. As the web continues to grow, and people start to get bored with their sites for whatever reason, they may want to put it up for sale. Sites like Not Your Average help keep the web a fluid environment, supplying readers with advice to help facilitate the transferring of virtual property.
In a sense, as disturbing as it may sound to some people, the internet is become something like a stock market to a degree that sites are being acquired, traded, flipped, and created for the sole purpose of generating cash. This is capitalism and it’s happening right in our own backyards, the web.
I’m looking forward to learning more about the Virtual Real Estate market.

So many blogs…so much bullshit. Many of us entrepreneurs keep it real by posting articles that can be backed-up with their entrepreneurial endeavors and the things that they really do in life. That’s what I really love about the Mind Petals’ membership — we keep it real. But on the other had, many entrepreneur bloggers continue to spit out loads of bullshit and crap that has nothing to do with their lives and the lives of real entrepreneurs making real things happen.
That is why it’s so refreshing when you come across a blog such as trizoko. trizoko is run by entrepreneurs who never miss any opportunity to back up their articles with loads of corroborating material and personal insight which helps enforce their message to entrepreneurs around the world. I started my first business in my dorm room at college. And I bet a lot of you young entrepreneurs did as well. Heck, I think that rocks! Starting a biz from the dorms is probably one of the smartest things that you can do. It’s likely that your target market is your entire building.
