Talk to Me People
No, I haven’t exhausted my “Life” column idea bank, and I don’t know if I ever will. But I thought it was important to kind of check in with you before I go any further with it.
I write this column for you – the fledgling entrepreneurs who are going to build tomorrow’s business world. And I want to know what you need from me.
So far, I’ve covered some pretty general topics that have made a difference in my life. But there’s so much more to write. Tell me what you want to learn. Ask me for more examples on topics that will help improve your particular business.
The “Life” column is very broad and really can cover everything from stress relief to hiring and firing, to diets and health, family and business, school, relationships and anything that affects the entrepreneur’s daily grind.
As a writer and reporter, I’ve grown pretty accustomed to researching subjects for new stories. So, if there’s something you want to know, but cannot find the time to go beyond Googling it – I’m here.
I’ve currently got my hands in marketing, promoting, and editing projects. So, if you’ve got questions on how to hire writers and what to pay them and expect from them – or how to communicate with them when they flake out, let me know. Or, if you’re a struggling freelance writer with a mission to make it on your own – I can advise ways to break into the market.
In other words – Help me help you.
I’ve spoken about the importance of knowing your audience. And I want to get to know mine better so that I can serve you better. Please shoot me an e-mail at ginalaverde@hotmail.com or slip me a simple comment at the bottom of this blog.
Thanks guys,
Gina

Gina, how have you dealt with people who have let you down right from the start? Give them another chance or sever all ties right away? Or is there a common-ground?
