The Responsibility of the “Have’s” Towards the “Have Not’s”
The Global Fund for Women believes there is room for a different kind of philanthropy to exist in other parts of the world. In most parts, there is a huge division between the elite and those who have, and those who do not have. Those who have do not see investment in development as part of their responsibility. That is something that must change.
